By accessing and using Statement Sniper ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Statement Sniper provides an AI-powered tool to convert PDF bank statements into CSV and Excel formats. The Service processes your files in real-time and deletes them immediately after conversion.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the Service
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Not upload malicious files or content
  • Ensure you have the right to process the financial documents you upload

4. Data Processing and Privacy

We process your PDF files in real-time using secure servers. All uploaded files are automatically deleted immediately after conversion. We do not store, log, or retain your financial data. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

The Service is currently offered FREE during our beta testing period. We reserve the right to introduce pricing in the future with advance notice to users. During the beta period, we may limit usage or features as needed for testing purposes.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for high accuracy, Statement Sniper does not guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction. The Service works best with digital PDF statements and may not support scanned images or certain formats. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of converted data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Statement Sniper and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATEMENT SNIPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
